A glamorous condo for Skale development located at 2799 Kingston Road in Toronto. The Bluffs is all about cool design in this up and coming neighbourhood. A collaboration with RAW architects and PSR Brokerage produced an edgy, urban hotel inspired design. Responsible for: concept package for the Lobby, Amenity spaces, Suite layouts, Kitchens and Bathrooms. Led the team and coordinated with final rendering studio to produce sales package. The suites sold out within days.
